Now that you are into the swing of things with MindTap, you may be wondering about customizing the Learning Path to match your school’s curriculum. MindTap has features that enables your school to customize the Learning Path by moving content around, hiding content, adding content, renaming content, adding folders, and the list goes on.
Perhaps you have your curriculum broken down by weeks or phases, why not move the Learning Path around and create folders for a certain number of weeks and drop in the chapters that your students will be learning for those weeks. There are a variety of ways you can make the Learning Path work for your school or curriculum.
Remember that customization is optional, and MindTap is ready to go as soon as you create and name your course. If you aren’t sure if fully customizing the Learning Path is right for you, maybe start will small customizations like adding a YouTube video, add your school documents, State board reference documents, or test and quizzes.
Don’t worry about having to redo these customizations every time you have a new class start. The “Copy an Existing Course” feature will copy all the modifications you’ve made for you new course.
