Private beauty school customers can now place online orders for Milady materials by using AnswersPlusPro system from our parent company, Cengage.
In addition to placing orders, benefits include:
- Check order status and shipping tracking number(s)
- Check product pricing and availability
- See account-specific information: new edition alerts, available supplements, out of print products, and last date to return products you’ve previously ordered
To take advantage of the AnswersPlusPro:
- You must be an existing customer and know your 8-digit customer number
- All new AnswersPlusPro online accounts need to be activated (usually takes 1 business day)
- If you have any questions or need to locate your 8-digit customer number, please outreach to your Account Manager or email [email protected]
Requesting a New Account
- Go to https://answerspluspro.cengage.com and click on “Create My Account” button
- Although registration page references U.S. College Stores, this registration also applies to private beauty schools.
Fill out the form and instead of the “College Store Name,” please enter the name of your Beauty School.
- Once registration is submitted, it will typically take 1 business day to receive an account activation email.
When your AnswersPlusPro account is approved, you will receive an email notification from the following email address: [email protected].
If you do not receive an account approval email within 3 business days or in case your account is rejected (email subject line will state “User Registration Rejection notification from AnswersPlusPro Website“), please outreach to Milady team directly at [email protected].
- Once your account is approved, you can head over to https://answerspluspro.cengage.com to sign in:
Viewing Orders and Their Tracking Info
- To view your past orders and/or order status, go to Title Search & Order → Order Status. Scroll down and simply click on Search button to view all past orders. If you have any specific order in mind, fill out any applicable fields to help you find it.
- Once you see the order you’re looking for, click on it to view the Invoice. It includes order details. Do not be alarmed if the invoice shows “Pay This Amount” if you pre-paid with a credit card. There is no balance due if it was prepaid. Shipping and tracking information, if available, is on the bottom of the page
Placing a New Order
- The fastest way to add products to your cart is to know 13-digit ISBNs of the products or bundles that you wish to purchase and utilize Fast Order Entry, located under Title Search & Order → Fast Order Entry.
- To find ISBNs of individual products, please reference product catalog on the Milady.com or Milady print catalog.
- To find ISBNs of product bundles you’ve previously purchased, please reference your past invoices by going to My Account → Invoice Copies.
- Go back to the Fast Order Entry and copy-paste ISBNs and desired quantity from a spreadsheet/Excel on the left side OR type in each ISBN and quantity individually on the right side. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- Double-check items in the cart and if everything looks good, click on the “Check Out” button. Click on the products’ cover to see additional details about it.
- Review addresses, order details, and select “Credit card” as your payment type in the drop-down menu to receive free Ground shipping (within the continental US only).
- Fill in all required information. If you don’t have a purchase order number, simply enter today’s date in yyyy-mm-dd format. Be sure to choose Ground Shipping in the Shipper field drop down to receive free shipping.
- Click on “Complete My Purchase” button to place your order. You’re done! You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Other Important Notes
- Orders that were just placed will not appear in your Order Status until acknowledged. It may take up to 8 business hours for this process to run.
